Dale Hefer is a former South African Businesswoman of the year and a highly awarded marketer. She started ad agency Chillibush which went on to become a top ten South African agency (she sold this in 2014). Dale owns and runs Africa’s largest annual marketing conference, the Nedbank IMC.
